RSL Awards Many of RSL's vocational qualifications attract funding from ESFA. Our Diploma sized qualifications for performance tables at Levels 2 & 3 are funded adult learner and 16-18 year olds.
Many of our other qualifications are funded for 16- 18 year old learners and are listed on the advanced learner loan catalogue.
