Jodie-Lianne is the MD of Singing 4 Fun Ltd and teaches private singing lessons for pupils all ages and abilities from home and various schools and music centres. Jodie studied Music and Performance at the London College of Music and is classically trained. She offers the ABRSM, LCM and RSL exam training and offers students the chance to take part in competitions, festivals and shows. She also runs ‘the LSG performance Choir’ for children aged 5-18years who love to sing, dance and perform. As a teacher Jodie aims to encourage adults, children and young people to develop a love of singing whist equipping them with the skills necessary to take music further. She is particularly mindful of careful sensitive handling of young and changing voices. Jodie has taken part in many amateur musicals herself and to continue her own training has attended a number of workshops at pineapple studios, London. She has performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Jodie was also a senior Treble for Leicester Cathedral Choir. In 2018 Jodie directed and produced ‘A Circus Delight’ a show influenced by the Greatest Showman in which pupils from the choir sang alongside private pupils. She has enhanced DBS checking for working with children and vulnerable adults. DBS documentation is available for inspection by parents or carers on request.
