I teach electric guitar to students of all ages in the Norwich area with a focus on beginner and intermediate levels. Lessons are held in a dedicated studio space in my own home. Lessons are 30 minutes or 45 minutes long depending on your requirements. The first lesson is free and subsequent lessons are £15 for a 30 minute session or £20 for a 45 minute session. I also like to leave a 15 minute break between lessons so that you never feel like you are hurried out of the door. My lessons cover a thorough grounding in the basics, including music theory where this is of interest, before moving on to learning songs and any music that you, the student would like to play. If you take grades, the later ones can provide UCAS points which will help towards university. My background: I studied BTEC Popular Music at Great Yarmouth College and then BMus Classical Music at Bangor University in North Wales. I then went on to work as a Web and Mobile Developer for several years before recently returning back to my first love of music. I am also working towards my guitar teaching certificate.
