Kasey Peters

Originally from Los Angeles, I've been playing and teaching drums in Northern Ireland for the last 21 years. I run a drum kit teaching studio in Belfast on the Ravenhill Road -- a short walk from Central Station and City Centre. I use professional, acoustic drum kits, no electronic kits. The drums sit side by side, facing the same direction. This promotes better communication and enables demonstrations to be easily imitated. We do not face a wall, but rather play out to the room as in a gig or performance. The studio is spacious, clean and comfortable with reception area. Slow down apps can be used to learn songs at a relaxed tempo. Hearing protection is provided as a PA is used. I teach in 5 x 30 minute weekly lessons block booked for £70.00. You may continue on for as long as you wish. I am happy to do a one-off taster session (£15.00 for 30 minutes) with no further obligation, for you to decide if you'd like to continue. Catering for all ages, styles, abilities and needs. The studio is located on a main arterial thoroughfare for all of Belfast. Numbers 78 & 79 buses travel past via City Centre. Close proximity to local amenities. Ample street parking. Bicycle friendly, secure ground floor lock up. Friendly and encouraging lessons!
