Biography

I am a professional drum tutor and drummer with over 13 years of teaching experience and over 25 years playing experience. It’s been my privilege to have played all over the world and to have played drums on over 25 records played on BBC Radio 1, 2, 3 and BBC Radio 6 Music to name but a few. I teach from my purpose built recording and teaching studio in Mount Pleasant in Swansea. Full Enhanced DBS (formally CRB) I teach all styles, abilities and ages from 5 years old to 70 years old (as are some of my current students!) I use various tuition techniques and philosophies to ensure my students are taught what they need to know, be it for Rockschool grades (Recommended Rockschool tutor), improving drum kit technique or just to learn drums for fun.
