Unit Information
Level 3 and 4 Holistic Wellbeing qualifications aim to equip learners with an understanding of what wellbeing is, how the body responds to it and how learners can employ techniques to enhance and improve their own wellbeing. Units cover topics such as Holistic Wellbeing Principles, Science Behind Thought, the Human Body and Mindfulness.

Holistic Wellbeing qualifications at Levels 3 aim to provide:
- Progression opportunities into related fields of study
- Opportunities for learners to develop skills, knowledge and understanding of mental health and wellbeing
- Progression within the vocational qualifications towards
higher level technical, professional and/or managerial skills, knowledge and understanding

At Levels 4 and 5 the Creative Industries specification offers a comprehensive programme of skill and knowledge development applicable to performers and creatives across the creative space.
Through a process of portfolio creation whilst developing an understanding of income streams, self-care, and career development, learners complete industry relevant projects.
Across both specifications unit choice and flexibility of assessment allow cross-arts collaboration to flourish and a breadth of understanding to be developed amongst learners with diverse skillsets and interests.
Unit Selection
The units in level 4 and 5 are mandatory but are a step by step path taking the learner from a regular skilled performer to becoming well rounded creative industries professional.
