Stagecoach Charity Gala: The Creative For Courage Life Awards 2018!

RSL attended the Creative for Courage Life Awards last night hosted by our friends at Stagecoach at the Shaftsbury Theatre, London. The event was celebrating the achievements of talented Stagecoach students in the UK and abroad over the course of this year.  It was also in support of YoungMinds, the UK's leading charity in improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people.

There was a great mix of attendees all from the performing arts industry and the audience was very well looked after by Stagecoach's Managing Director, Tarquin Shaw-Young who was the main host for the night and broke down the nomination categories. Nominations included awards for Overcoming Diversity , Young Composer and the 'Outstanding Teacher award' which was presented by RSL's Head of Academic, Tim Bennett-Hart.

We enjoyed the outstanding performances from all the Stagecoach students, who delivered a blend of different styles of singing, dancing and acting in their performances. A big well done to all the nominees and congratulations to all the winners of the night!

A huge congratulations to Stagecoach on their 30th Anniversary, doing what they do best, providing exciting opportunities for their students to perform on west end stages like they did last night.
