    The chordal riff in bars 5–8 has been updated. The final chord of each type (F5, Bb5, Ab5 and Db5) rings on where previously there were rests. This same update also applies each time the same pattern returns (bars 21–24 and again at 37–40). (Updated 28 October 2019)

    The triplet-crotchet rhythms in bars 22 and 24 (p.19) have been changed to the following: dotted eighth-note, sixteenth-note tied to an eighth note, eighth note. (Updated 3 December 2019)
