Below is the listed changes to the dominant 7 chords in this exercise for reference, and to annotate on your physical copy:
A7: C natural -> C# (fret 2 on the B string)
D7: F natural -> F# (fret 2 on the upper e string)
E7: G Natural -> G# (fret 1 on the G string)
