The UK government has announced that from 8th March 2021 new guidance will be in place to aid music, dance and drama teaching to resume in school settings, including extra-curricular activity, and out of schools settings.
At RSL Awards, we are aware of the different approaches being taken across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and that you will be working out what the latest guidance means for you, your colleagues, parents and students.
As our exams lead to a regulated qualification, venues are able to host exam sessions for RSL PAA Exams and our PAA Exam Guidance can be found here...
From 29th March 2021, private venues are able to deliver provision towards exams leading to regulated qualifications subject to meeting all appropriate protocols for safe delivery.
However, we are also aware that there are a number of factors affecting the ability of private organisations and teachers to offer face to face provision in a safe environment and, as online teaching continues, we have established a number of exam options for Street Dance, Jazz Dance, Musical Theatre and Acting.
