Coaching & Mentoring Qualifications
Level 2 & 3 Awards

Develop the skills and professional credibility to support others effectively.

Coaching and mentoring require more than good intentions. They demand structure, ethical awareness and the ability to reflect on your impact.

RSL’s Level 2 and Level 3 Awards in Coaching and Mentoring are regulated qualifications designed to develop safe, structured and purposeful professional practice. Each qualification requires real-world application and is externally assessed to ensure national consistency and rigour.
