Lead the growth of creative education across the UK. As Head of UK Business Development, you will play a key role in driving the success of RSL’s Rockschool and Stageschool brands - expanding access to innovative, industry-relevant music and performing arts qualifications that inspire learners and educators alike.

The Managing Director, RSL China, who will lead all aspects of RSL’s Mainland China operations, is based in Beijing. This is a predominantly outward-facing role: the MD will spend the majority of their time in market, building and converting commercial opportunities across private training providers, international schools, RSL China’s existing partner network and other educational institutions. Reporting to the Director of Business Development in London, the MD will hold full accountability for the office’s commercial performance, operational health and team development, acting as the most senior RSL representative in-country.

As we grow, we are seeking a Regional Business Development Consultant based in Dubai, UAE, to join our Business Development team and help us to spread our message to potential new customers and partners in the UAE and GCC area.

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to lead our expansion efforts in the UAE and across the GCC with a deep understanding of the education, music or performing arts sectors and the ability to build strong relationships with local stakeholders. They will serve as the face of RSL Awards in the region, promoting our qualifications and services and helping us grow our presence in this key market.
